Who you are dealing with

The quickest way to reach us about a particular trip is the "Ask about this trip" button on its page: your question arrives with the trip, the dates and the group already attached.

Where the reviews come from

Every review on this site belongs to a booking. When a trip ends, the traveller receives a one-time link at the address on that booking, and each booking can be reviewed once. Reviews are published as written. We can reply to them, and we remove one only when the law requires it.
