4. 04 Day 4

   Verona: Trip from Venice

   Verona

   After breakfast, walk to the nearby meeting point for your group tour. It’s just a short distance from your hotel. The meeting point is at Fondamenta Santa Lucia, 30121, Venice Stroll leisurely through the historic heart of Verona, the backdrop of one of Shakespeare's most famous tragedies, Romeo and Juliet. You'll see Juliet's Balcony, the lucky Juliet statue, Romeo's house, Piazza dei Signori, and the famous Arena, where stunning concerts are held every year. After the tour, the city is yours to explore. Soak in the local atmosphere, do a little shopping, and maybe even sample some local delicacies. Then, in the late afternoon, head back to the station for your return journey to Venice. The train departs from Venice's Santa Lucia Station at 8:10 am, arriving at Verona Porta Nuova at 9:38 am. The return trip leaves Verona Porta Nuova at 17:22, pulling into Venice Santa Lucia Station at 18:50. Book now and let Verona capture your heart. In the morning, reach the Venice train station and board the train to Verona, which takes about 1.5 hours. Once at Verona station, meet the guide for a two-hour private tour.
