About this tour
The famous Maria Luisa park owes its name to the infanta, who donated it to the city of Seville at the end of the 19th century. The Infanta Maria Luisa Fernanda, Duchess of Montpesier. This park gathers gardens, lakes, fountains, palaces, museums, and squares, as is the case of the well-known Plaza de España. This square was built to be the stage of the Ibero-American exhibition that took place in 1929. With our guide, you will not miss the landscapes and architectural details and many curiosities of this wonderful place and all its history. The whole park has an area of 340.000m2, an excellent place to breathe fresh air in the heart of the city of Seville.
